Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow long-term customer relationships post-sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact, ensuring customers realize ongoing value from the company's solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and operational challenges to provide informed, consultative guidance
  • Own revenue retention and expansion, including renewals and incremental growth through value-based selling
Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related role, preferably within SaaS or technology
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer lifecycle management and a consultative, relationship-first approach
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer management systems
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships that drive retention and incremental revenue
  • Experience in the restaurant or foodservice industry is a plus
