Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage customer relationships and drive platform usage in the nonprofit sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on grants and institutional fundraising
- Own and grow a book of existing customers by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively outbound into strategic accounts using creative, personalized tactics
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of account management, customer success, or closing experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Proven ability to proactively reach out to customers based on usage signals
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Gong
- Experience in the nonprofit market is a plus
