Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage customer relationships and drive platform usage in the nonprofit sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on grants and institutional fundraising
  • Own and grow a book of existing customers by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively outbound into strategic accounts using creative, personalized tactics
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of account management, customer success, or closing experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Proven ability to proactively reach out to customers based on usage signals
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Gong
  • Experience in the nonprofit market is a plus
