Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive customer retention and revenue expansion within an assigned book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the renewal process for assigned accounts and proactively mitigate churn risk
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through consistent engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • A minimum of two years experience as a SaaS Account Manager is preferred
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to complete projects on time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have a reliable internet connection of at least 10Mbps down
