Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive customer retention and revenue expansion within an assigned book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the renewal process for assigned accounts and proactively mitigate churn risk
- Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue
- Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through consistent engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- A minimum of two years experience as a SaaS Account Manager is preferred
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to complete projects on time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have a reliable internet connection of at least 10Mbps down
