Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional experiences to key stakeholders in assigned accounts
  • Foster long-term customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to implement operational solutions

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain technical concepts to customers
  • Experience with SQL and ability to build and modify queries
  • Adept client relationship management skills and ability to engage at multiple organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset
