Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to retain and renew existing accounts while developing strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships by assessing needs and managing expectations
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with the sales team to close additional product or service sales
  • Proactively review customer usage and service activity to mitigate potential escalations and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • BS or BA in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Solid technical acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills
