Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and customers
• Conduct outreach to identify new opportunities and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Serve as a reliable resource for assigned accounts by managing escalations and resolving issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, business operations, or team leadership
• 1-2 years of experience with public sector procurement processes (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales activity goals and performance metrics
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
