Required Qualifications

• Background in finance, accounting, FP&A, or consulting
• Understanding of financial statements and financial management
• Experience or curiosity in working with agricultural producers or rural businesses
• Strong technical aptitude for learning new software and tools
• Ability to troubleshoot financial data and create actionable insights
