Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full account lifecycle from expansion discovery to renewal close
- Handle red account escalations and develop "get-well" plans to stabilize delivery
- Engage with economic buyers and navigate mid-market and GRB organizations confidently
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or a client-facing revenue role
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience across the Sales/Delivery boundary in consulting engagements
- Proven ability to manage at-risk accounts and develop effective recovery plans
- Specialty in HLS, GRB, mid-market SaaS, RevOps, or a similar vertical
