Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full account lifecycle from expansion discovery to renewal close
  • Handle red account escalations and develop "get-well" plans to stabilize delivery
  • Engage with economic buyers and navigate mid-market and GRB organizations confidently
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or a client-facing revenue role
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience across the Sales/Delivery boundary in consulting engagements
  • Proven ability to manage at-risk accounts and develop effective recovery plans
  • Specialty in HLS, GRB, mid-market SaaS, RevOps, or a similar vertical
