Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify upsell opportunities and maintain routine contact with customers via phone, online meetings, and email
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and prevent churn
- Manage the sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while meeting or exceeding sales targets
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry
- Experience selling to manufacturing customers and understanding manufacturing processes is highly desirable
- Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required
- Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
