Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify upsell opportunities and maintain routine contact with customers via phone, online meetings, and email
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and prevent churn
  • Manage the sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while meeting or exceeding sales targets
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry
  • Experience selling to manufacturing customers and understanding manufacturing processes is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required
  • Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
