Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and drive client engagement.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase program participation and adoption
• Manage client relationships and address issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Health and Benefits or digital industries
• Ability to understand client budgets and recommend aligned programs
• Experience in developing customer retention campaigns
• Proven ability to manage negotiations and collaborate with internal teams
