Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture successful client relationships for Technology Consulting Solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
• Participate in events and community organizations to identify sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in account management or client success in a professional services/IT environment
• Strong technical background to understand various departments and products/services
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and coworkers
