Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to support client relationships and improve overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of underwriters, including training and performance management
• Review new and renewal submissions for eligibility, pricing, and coverage terms
• Maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and carrier or syndicate partners

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance underwriting
• Excess and surplus lines experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Insurance designations such as CPCU, AINS, or ASLI preferred
