Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing and growing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and communication
- Grow the agent network by signing up new clients sourced from strategic partnerships and referrals
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales, preferably in a tech-enabled environment
- Experience working as an insurance agent or with insurance agents is preferred
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, revenue models, and optimization strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
