Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers in a SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for the assigned portfolio, focusing on expansion, renewal, and retention targets
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while managing renewal cycles and mitigating churn risk
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes and contribute to refining playbooks and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 4-8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets related to NRR, expansion, or renewals
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools
