Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a multi-million dollar customer base
• Understand customer needs in the Services, Entertainment, and Leisure sectors to help achieve their business goals
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field
• Experience in discovering and closing sales opportunities while building client relationships
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Passion and knowledge about how new technologies can benefit small and medium-sized businesses
• Experience in the Services industry is preferred
