Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end commercial recovery of at-risk accounts using structured intervention playbooks
  • Lead restructures involving pricing migrations, competitive threats, and platform rationalization due to M&A
  • Rebuild trust and re-establish the value proposition at the C-suite and VP level
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record in complex SaaS renewal negotiations and managing distressed accounts
  • Ability to triage a portfolio based on risk and urgency using health scoring and adoption metrics
  • Exceptional skills in rebuilding relationships and navigating organizational complexities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a Solutions Architect and Customer Success Managers
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
