Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager - Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end commercial recovery of at-risk accounts using structured intervention playbooks
- Lead restructures involving pricing migrations, competitive threats, and platform rationalization due to M&A
- Rebuild trust and re-establish the value proposition at the C-suite and VP level
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in complex SaaS renewal negotiations and managing distressed accounts
- Ability to triage a portfolio based on risk and urgency using health scoring and adoption metrics
- Exceptional skills in rebuilding relationships and navigating organizational complexities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a Solutions Architect and Customer Success Managers
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
