Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for the customer portfolio, achieving expansion, renewal, and retention targets
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a healthy expansion pipeline
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Services to deliver customer outcomes and refine best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 4-8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities independently
  • Experience owning revenue targets such as NRR, expansion, or renewals
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software
