Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and achieve expansion, renewal, and retention targets
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while managing renewal cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes and refine account management processes
Required Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven ability to independently identify and close expansion opportunities
- Experience in managing revenue targets such as NRR, expansion, or renewals
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite
