Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive customer retention and growth across an assigned portfolio of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Drive customer retention, contract renewals, and overall revenue growth within assigned accounts through strategic account planning
- Monitor customer health, identify risks proactively, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related customer-facing roles
- Proven experience managing and growing complex customer relationships, including renewals and executive stakeholder engagement
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems required
- Healthcare, workforce management, or SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
