Job Summary
Account Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and driving performance and growth in a full-time remote role across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client account performance and proactively address issues
- Identify upselling opportunities and develop annual client success plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer success in fintech or SaaS
- Knowledge of the cards and payments industry
- Strong time management and multitasking skills across time zones
- Resilient mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
