Job Summary

Account Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and driving performance and growth in a full-time remote role across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client account performance and proactively address issues
  • Identify upselling opportunities and develop annual client success plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer success in fintech or SaaS
  • Knowledge of the cards and payments industry
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills across time zones
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
