Job Summary
Account Manager, responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing performance and growth in a full-time remote role across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Monitor client account performance and identify upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and develop annual client success plans
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success in fintech or SaaS
- Knowledge of the cards and payments industry, particularly issuing
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
- Ability to work under pressure and focus on successful outcomes
