Job Summary
Account Manager, responsible for managing client relationships, performance oversight, and growth initiatives in a full-time remote role within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client account performance and proactively address issues
- Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
- Develop annual client success plans and report on KPIs and client health metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success in fintech or SaaS
- Knowledge of the cards and payments industry
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
