Job Summary
Account Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and driving satisfaction and growth in a full-time remote position across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client account performance and address issues proactively
- Identify upselling opportunities and develop annual client success plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and maintain communication
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success in fintech or SaaS
- Knowledge of the cards and payments industry, especially issuing
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients across time zones effectively
