Job Summary
Account Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B member accounts in a full-time remote role, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through strategic relationship building and upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of member accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring account performance and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
- At least 3 years in a SaaS or subscription-based B2B environment
- Proven track record of revenue growth within an existing book of business
- Strong commercial instincts and understanding of deal structure and negotiation
- Organized and data-driven, with experience using CRM systems
