Job Summary

Account Manager, who will work full-time in a remote capacity, is responsible for growing existing client accounts through effective relationship management and delivering branded merchandise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve clients' marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of solutions
  • Expand existing account revenue by introducing the company's capabilities and managing client expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support
  • Knowledge of international manufacturing compliance standards and product safety testing processes
  • Experience working with global manufacturers
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and ERP systems
