Job Summary
Account Manager, who will work full-time in a remote capacity, is responsible for growing existing client accounts through effective relationship management and delivering branded merchandise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve clients' marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of solutions
- Expand existing account revenue by introducing the company's capabilities and managing client expectations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role
- 5+ years of experience in sales support
- Knowledge of international manufacturing compliance standards and product safety testing processes
- Experience working with global manufacturers
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and ERP systems
