Job Summary
Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts in a full-time remote position, focusing on relationship building, account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements
- Track account performance, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles; healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with value-based care models is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
