Job Summary

Account Manager, responsible for managing the full customer lifecycle in a fully remote, salaried position, coordinating customer engagements and internal resources to ensure successful execution of digital infrastructure deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and expectations
  • Coordinate with internal resources to achieve engagement objectives and provide regular updates on open leads and deals
  • Maintain documentation in Salesforce and proactively address potential engagement risks
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in project management or customer support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in maintaining documentation and reporting in Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with digital infrastructure or related industries
