Job Summary

Managing multiple client accounts remotely, the full-time Account Manager will oversee project execution from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and lead end-to-end project management
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines while monitoring project health and identifying risks
  • Facilitate communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and operational workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification is a plus
