Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple client accounts remotely, the full-time Account Manager will oversee project execution from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and projects
• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent programs
• Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct Account Management, Project Management, or Client Services experience
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Experience with project management or workflow systems such as Airtable, Salesforce, or Jira preferred
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or related project management certification is a plus
