Job Summary
Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects and identify potential business opportunities
- Utilize proprietary sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client engagement roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record of closing deals and developing long-term client relationships
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience in customer relationship management
