Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, negotiate deals, and create strategic Account Plans while driving revenue growth through effective relationship management.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining positive business relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality presentations and develop prospect strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in developing long-term relationships with clients
