Job Summary

Experienced in managing multi-channel creative projects, the remote Account Manager (Consultant) will serve as the primary client partner and internal lead, overseeing creative development initiatives from intake through final delivery while supporting CST hours.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead client communications and build strong working relationships
  • Manage creative projects from scope/timing through delivery
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on strategy, on scope, and on schedule
Required qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of account management experience in a creative agency or in-house agency environment
  • Experience managing multi-channel creative development projects
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and operational teams
