Job Summary

Partnering closely with internal teams, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage large advertising and marketing solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue retention through effective campaign management and customer relationship practices.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales partners for pre-campaign support and post-sale fulfillment, ensuring all customer needs are met
  • Project manage client requests, including campaign details, ad copy, billing, and other customer service functions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and client business models to exceed revenue goals and client expectations
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or Sales, with a focus on digital platforms preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
