Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Account Manager will manage account renewals and expansion sales, collaborating with Customer Success and Growth teams, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and sales targets via account renewals and expansion
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify opportunities and present account plans to senior leadership
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM, including clear and concise notes
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant account management experience
- 3+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience
- Understanding of strategic account planning and identifying white space opportunities
- Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools like Outreach or SalesLoft
- Ability to build relationships and communicate the value of products effectively
