Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Account Manager will manage account renewals and expansion sales, collaborating with Customer Success and Growth teams, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and sales targets via account renewals and expansion
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify opportunities and present account plans to senior leadership
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM, including clear and concise notes
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant account management experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience
  • Understanding of strategic account planning and identifying white space opportunities
  • Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools like Outreach or SalesLoft
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate the value of products effectively
