Job Summary

To support the Account Management team, the full-time remote Account Manager will develop account strategies, foster client relationships, and drive revenue retention and growth while acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet client goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
  • Identify opportunities for revenue retention and growth through cross-selling initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial major
  • 3-5 years of account management or sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience managing client relationships and acting as a liaison with internal teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial markets and investment research
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly valued
