Job Summary
To support the Account Management team, the full-time remote Account Manager will develop account strategies, foster client relationships, and drive revenue retention and growth while acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet client goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
- Identify opportunities for revenue retention and growth through cross-selling initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial major
- 3-5 years of account management or sales experience in the financial services industry
- Experience managing client relationships and acting as a liaison with internal teams
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial markets and investment research
- Experience with Salesforce is highly valued
