Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS company, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage and expand key client accounts across the US and Canada, focusing on upselling opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and revenue
  • Build trusted relationships to drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Partner with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a Sales-related role
  • Proven background in SaaS B2B companies, with experience in fintech, ERP, payments, or accounting preferred
  • Strong understanding of complex software products and integrations
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales or renewal targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement and internal collaboration
