Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Use proprietary sales tools to convert leads into clients and generate qualified prospects through outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans and ensure quality presentations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in software engineering or a related IT degree is a plus
