Job Summary
Building strong client relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective presentations and strategic account planning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities and upselling prospects
- Utilize sales tools to contact leads, establish rapport, and convert them into clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective prospect strategies and plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities
- Experience in software engineering or a related IT degree is a plus
