Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Utilize proprietary sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with existing and prospective customers
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or equivalent roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer or related IT degree is a plus
