Job Summary

To support a growing client portfolio, the full-time remote Account Manager will build and maintain professional relationships, coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of services while addressing client needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional, long-term client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and service expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or HR consulting
  • Experience using CRM systems and virtual collaboration platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Previous experience supporting small businesses or nonprofits is a plus
