Key responsibilities
  • Protect and grow revenue by engaging with a defined portfolio of sellers
  • Implement structured campaigns to drive the use of key marketplace programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify seller insights and inform new solutions
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or seller growth roles
  • Proven success driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth in a SaaS or marketplace
  • Experience with HubSpot (or other CRMs), Google Workspace, Tableau, and Outlook
