Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of Professional-tier sellers, the full-time Account Manager will drive growth through data-driven strategies, implement adoption campaigns for key marketplace programs, and provide trusted guidance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Protect and grow revenue by engaging with a defined portfolio of sellers
- Implement structured campaigns to drive the use of key marketplace programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify seller insights and inform new solutions
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or seller growth roles
- Proven success driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth in a SaaS or marketplace
- Experience with HubSpot (or other CRMs), Google Workspace, Tableau, and Outlook
