Job Summary
Focusing on the Professional cohort, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage a portfolio of established sellers, driving growth through data-driven strategies, adoption of key tools, and proactive engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Protect and grow revenue by consistently engaging with a defined portfolio of Professional-tier sellers
- Implement structured adoption campaigns to drive the use of key marketplace programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to surface seller insights and inform new solutions
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or seller growth roles
- Proven success in driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth in a SaaS or marketplace environment
- Experience with HubSpot (or other CRMs), Google Workspace, Tableau, and Outlook
