Job Summary

Supporting Sales Account Directors, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client relationships, analyze program performance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic growth for US and CA shopping brands.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Account Team to develop strategic solutions aligned with merchant partners' goals
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns while presenting strategic client-facing materials
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with merchants and affiliate networks to ensure client success
Required qualifications:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, marketing, or project management
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google App equivalents
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Demonstrated project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred
