Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing broker relationships remotely, the full-time Account Manager will evaluate renewals, analyze claims reports, and prepare annual renewals while collaborating with the marketing department to create communications and handle service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Market renewals for Ancillary lines of coverage and review carrier proposals for accuracy
• Create finalized broker/employer presentations and assist with employee communications materials
• Handle general service issues, including claims, billing, commissions, and enrollment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in employee benefits or health/ancillary insurance field
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
