Job Summary
Managing broker relationships remotely, the full-time Account Manager will evaluate renewals, analyze claims reports, and prepare annual renewals while collaborating with the marketing department to create communications and handle service issues.
Key responsibilities
- Market renewals for Ancillary lines of coverage and review carrier proposals for accuracy
- Create finalized broker/employer presentations and assist with employee communications materials
- Handle general service issues, including claims, billing, commissions, and enrollment
Required qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in employee benefits or health/ancillary insurance field
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
