Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of service client relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager will own client interactions, scope and quote capture requests, and project manage complex engagements while identifying software opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own and nurture client relationships across law firms and legal teams, serving as the primary contact for capture requests
- Translate vague client requests into clear specifications and coordinate with technical teams to ensure quality delivery
- Project manage large or multi-phase engagements, providing clients with clear communication and resolving issues as they arise
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with legal, SaaS, or detail-sensitive B2B clients is strongly preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting client-ready emails
- Strong judgment in scoping, pricing, and expectation-setting
- Proficiency in CRM systems to maintain accurate client and account records
