Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing their needs and concerns
- Ensure that services are delivered to clients within agreed timelines, maintaining high-quality standards
- Proactively manage daily account activities, including processing client requests and providing updates on services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field
- Proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
