Job Summary
Focused on enhancing club relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage a portfolio of club partners, ensuring effective implementation of the SportsRecruits platform, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clubs, managing relationships and leading renewal conversations
- Guide clubs through onboarding and implementation, monitoring account health and addressing potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and advocate for club needs
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Client Services
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
- Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Understanding of the youth sports ecosystem or college athletic recruiting landscape is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk and HubSpot is beneficial
