Job Summary
Managing daily workflows, the full-time remote Account Manager will oversee contracted campaigns from kickoff to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive support and effective communication with internal teams and partner institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor comprehensive production schedules to track project milestones
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder feedback
- Review projects for quality control, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget constraints
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a higher education environment
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain professional rapport across various stakeholders
