Job Summary

Managing daily workflows, the full-time remote Account Manager will oversee contracted campaigns from kickoff to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive support and effective communication with internal teams and partner institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor comprehensive production schedules to track project milestones
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder feedback
• Review projects for quality control, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget constraints

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a higher education environment
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain professional rapport across various stakeholders
