Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time remote Account Manager will drive customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth by building executive-level relationships and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively renew, upsell, and cross-sell within an assigned book of business while driving net-new ARR growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate expansion pipeline within existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Four or more years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and Account Management
  • Proven experience in driving renewals and expansion revenue within existing customer accounts
  • Experience managing forecasts using CRM and forecasting platforms such as SFDC and Clari
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills
