Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of over 1,000 customer accounts, the full-time Account Manager will drive revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring customer success and satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary commercial owner of accounts, focusing on customer success and revenue growth
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address churn risks proactively
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proven success managing a large book of business (1,000+ accounts)
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Experience working collaboratively with teams such as Account Executives and Implementation
- Strong understanding of key metrics, including MRR, churn, retention, and NPS
